New chapter

I’ve just startet on a totally new chapter in my life. Last monday i’ve startet on the university to study nutrition and health - i’m so excited to learn all new stuff and be able to give some qualified advices to you guys on how to eat and what to choose. Perhabs make some longterm diet plans.

I’ve lost almost all of my motivation for training in the gym, therefore i’ve been looking inside myself to figure out why it such a battle to exercise. I’ve figured out i was missing something fun, something fun which didn’t included having the greatest body or working out to get it. No i was looking for a game to play while exercising. Therefore, i’ve found a place to play volley. It is so much fun, i’m so much happier, when i’m coming home, because it has been all about volley and sociating and working as a team to win.

Obsessively trying to eat strictly healthy food and micromanaging all your meals is NOT healthy. Being absolutely terrified of certain foods because they are not 100% “clean” is NOT healthy. Feeling bad for enjoying food, regardless of its nutritional value, is NOT HEALTHY.
